Springfield Fire officials are still investigating a blaze this morning at 139 Bay St in what appears to be an arson fire.
Officials say that they found several small fires that were set.
All fires were quickly put out.
Residents were able to evacuate the facility.8 people got out safely..
The incident is still under investigation.
