A child rape re-trial for ex-Springfield policeman Daniel Cintron is being scheduled for later this year.
A jury-waived trial has been moved to December 9th.
Cintron will be re-tried on 22 counts including child rape and abuse.
He was acquitted by a jury on seven counts last month.
Cintron was fired from the police department earlier this year after he was charged in 2018 with raping and abusing three girls.
