A dealer working for MGM Springfield is suing the casino.
A federal suit filed on Monday in Springfield alleges Shawn Connors of Uncasville, Connecticut was shorted overtime pay and other wage violations.
An attorney for Connors says he will ask other workers who are in a similar situation if they would like to join the suit.
