Volodymyr Zhukovskyy is waiving his arraignment in New Hampshire court for charges connected to a crash that killed seven motorcyclists.
A spokesperson for that state's court system tells The Boston Globe Zhukovskyy will not appear for a video arraignment scheduled for tomorrow, and that a final pre-trial conference slated for today has been cancelled.
Zhukovskyy, of West Springfield, faces almost two-dozen charges for the June crash, including negligent homicide while driving under the influence.
