An update on the trial status of Volodymyr Zhukovskyy in New Hampshire. Zhukovskyy, of West Springfield, is accused of killing seven motorcyclists by crashing into them with his truck while high earlier this year.
The Boston Herald reports Zhukovskyy's attorney objected to the proposed trial schedule from Coos County prosecutors, filed on Friday, but did not did not cite a reason for the objection.
Prosecutors are proposing to have jury selection in November of 2020.
