Massachusetts Attorney General Maura Healey is asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review a lower court decision that she says could disrupt health care coverage for millions of people.
Last month, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals' ruled the Affordable Care Act's individual mandate unconstitutional and called into question providing coverage for people with pre-existing conditions.
Healey and 20 attorneys general are defending the ACA.
