Kobe's Death Felt Across All Of The Basketball World

The death of basketball icon Kobe Bryant is being felt across the entire basketball world.

And, even for the world famous Harlem Globe Trotters--it is trying on them as well.

Zeus McClurkin of the Globetrotters in Springfield ahead of the annual visit to the Mass Mutual Center, says the team is still getting over the affects of Kobe's death.

"We lost a huge giant in the basketball world. It was a huge loss not only for the basketball world but for the world in general. People never forget the way people make you feel. And, Kobe Bryant made people feel amazing. You were always excited to see what his next play would be and see his hard work and dedication payoff. It was an inspiration to me----my teammates and the rest of the basketball world."

McClurkin says that there will never be another one like Kobe.

The Globetrotters will be in Springfield at the Mass Mutual Center February 18th for their annual trip.

Tickets are available at the Mass Mutual Center Ticket office.
