The American Lung Association says it's time for Massachusetts legislators to strengthen tobacco prevention and cessation.
In it's annual State of Tobacco Control report, the ALA gives the Commonwealth mixed grades ranging from an A for a minimum age of 21 to buy tobacco products to an F for state funding of prevention programs.
According to the report, more than a quarter of teenagers in Massachusetts are vaping, which it describes as an alarming increase to more than one in four high school students.
