The family of Fotis Dulos says he was no killer and believe the media mass hysteria surrounding the case played a part in Fotis' suicide last week.
Fotis' estranged wife, Jennifer went missing last May and has not been seen since.
Prosecutors say Fotis knew what happened to his wife, and they were building a case against him when he took his own life last week.
Dulos' family in Greece says the media attention surrounding the case has been a "sickening farce."
They are adamant that Fotis' name be cleared, and they want the trial against Fotis to go ahead.
