Attorney General: Holyoke Man Indicted For Cheating Casino

A Holyoke man is being indicted for a cheating scheme at MGM Springfield.. 

The Massachusetts Attorney General's Office says a Hampden County grand jury has indicated Daniel Ruiz for larceny and cheating and swindling charges. 

The A.G.'s office says Ruiz was involved in an elaborate scheme that netted more than thirty-thousand dollars in illegal poker winnings from the casino. 

Ruiz allegedly distracted dealers so he could improperly add to his wagers once he learned he had a winning hand.
