There are 3,122 cases of coronavirus in Western Massachusetts with most of them in Hampden County.
More than a third of the confirmed cases are from Hampden County.
The latest Springfield numbers have been reported at 668 by Public Health Commissioner Helen Caulton Harris.
Statewide there have been 15 hundred and 60 people who have died.
In Connecticut, officials there are reporting a thousand and 86 deaths.
