Springfield police officers arrested a man on drug charges after finding a car illegally parked at a bus stop on Monday morning.
Vladislav Smolnikov of Springfield faces charges including trafficking methamphetamine and possessing cocaine with intent to distribute.
Police reportedly observed a car parked on Fort Pleasant Avenue blocking a PVTA bus stop.
Smolnikov was placed under arrest for the car being unregistered and uninsured, and then police say the drugs were recovered while he was being searched.
