Governor Charlie Baker is expected tomorrow to outline Phase 2 of reopening the state's economy.
It's likely to include retail stores, child care and restaurants, with COVID-19 restrictions in place.
For restaurants it means outdoor dining service only.
Some eateries have made the case that with certain restrictions, they could open for indoor dining. But state officials have all but said that will not happen.
Springfield officials are working on plans that will call for certain streets to be closed in order for there to be outdoor dining.
