A woman who operates a smoothie and healthy food store in Plymouth is suing the state over the face mask requirement.
Healthy Vibes store owner Noreen Bechade has filed a suit in federal court saying the mask order violates the Constitution.
Bechade claims the mask rule violates her rights and those of her workers to free speech, due process and privacy.
No word on when the case is going to be argued.
