There's a small drop of less than one-percent in single-family home sales for August as compared to the same time a year ago.
The median price for single-family homes is up nearly 15-percent.
The Massachusetts Association of Realtors also says there's about a two-and-a-half percent drop in condominium sales as compared to August of 2019.
The median price for condos is up about five-and-a-half percent compared to last year.
