A state audit released today warns the Massachusetts Convention Center Authority has not provided adequate oversight of MGM Springfield's management of the MassMutual Center.
It examined the period between July of 2017 and June of 2019. Among issues cited are deficiencies in MGM Springfield's billing and settlement records regarding use of the facility.
State Auditor Suzanne Bump has issued recommendations to address areas of concern in the audit.
