Police in Massachusetts say a nine-hour standoff with a group of heavily armed men has ended peacefully.
The incident began early Saturday when a trooper stopped to check some cars that were pulled over with hazard lights flashing on I-95 near Boston.
The men were all wearing military-style gear with a variety of weapons.
The group refused to put down their guns and several of the men ran into the nearby woods, triggering the standoff.
After almost nine hours of negotiations, they were arrested without incident.
The group told police that they were travelling from Rhode Island to Maine for training.
There was one juvenile apprehended as well. That person is in the custody of their parents.
All will be in court on Tuesday.
