99 times out of a hundred when a State Trooper is chasing a car down I91 at 100 miles per hour- he is generally not going to be smiling broadly at the end of it.
Well this is the 100th time.
It happened earlier this week when Trooper Jose Cabrera chased down the speeding car and when he finally talked to the driver was told that the driver's girlfriend was having a baby---her water had broken.
The trooper called an ambulance. No ambulance was available.
So the trooper decided to take the mom to be in the cruiser---the father followed behind--and he safely delivered the mom to the hospital--who then safely delievered a baby boy.
Mom Dad baby and trooper all doing fine.
