The Celtics are evening their second round series at two games apiece after a come-from-behind victory over the Bucks in Game Four.
Boston scored 43 points in the final quarter to secure a 116-108 win in Milwaukee.
Jayson Tatum and Al Horford each led the Celtics in scoring with 30 points.
Tatum also contributed 13 rebounds and five assists while Horford chipped in with eight rebounds and three assists.
Giannis Antetokounmpo led all scorers with 34 points and recorded a game-high 18 rebounds in defeat.
The series will shift back to the TD Garden for Game Five Wednesday night in Boston.
