The Springfield Thunderbirds are getting ready for their next playoff opponent.
The T-Birds will play the Charlotte Checkers in the American Hockey League Atlantic Division finals.
Charlotte shutout the Bridgeport Islanders 4-0 in game three in Charlotte.
Games 1 and 2 will be next Sunday and Wednesday at the Mass Mutual Center.
Game 1 is a 3pm start. The Wednesday night game will start at 7.
The series will then shift to Charlotte for the rest of the series.
Game 3: Saturday, May 28 -- 6 p.m. at Charlotte
Game 4 (if necessary): Sunday, May 29 -- 6 pm
Game 5 (if necessary): Tuesday, May 31-- 7 pm
