Three men are now indicted in connection to the prison death of Boston gangster Whitey Bulger.
One of the three is Freddy Geas a West Springfield mob hitman who is serving life for the murder conspiracies of Springfield mob boss Adolfo Bruno and low-level associate Gary Westerman nearly two decades ago.
Geas, along with Paul DeCologero and Sean McKinnon, face murder charges for the Bulger killing in 2018 while Bulger was doing time at a prison in West Virginia.
Attorney Dan Kelly of Springfield, who represents Geas says the indictment is not a surprise.
He wants his client out of solidarity confinement where is being kept.
