A special election is being held for a Springfield City Council seat on Tuesday.
Lavar Click-Bruce and Edward Collins are running for the vacant Ward 5 seat.
Former city council president Marcus Williams resigned from that seat in May.
The two candidates emerged from a runoff election that was held last month.
