A federal judge has dismissed a class-action lawsuit filed by employees of the Holyoke Soldiers' Home.
The suit was filed over working conditions during the 2020 coronavirus outbreak.
According to the state of Massachusetts, 76 veterans who were COVID-positive died during the nearly-three-month-long outbreak.
The Massachusetts Supreme Court agreed last month to review a decision to dismiss criminal neglect charges against the former superintendent and medical director of the facility.
