Quarterback Bailey Zappe passed for a touchdown, an interception and 188 yards.
Rhamondre Stevenson rushed for a career-high 161 yards, and Nick Folk kicked five field goals.
New England plays the Cleveland Browns on the road next Sunday at 1pm.
