The National Weather Service says Southern New England will be impacted by the remnants of Hurricane Nicole this weekend.
The storm, which made landfall early Thursday morning in Florida, is expected to reach the region Friday night and last into Saturday.
Forecasters say parts of the Pioneer Valley could receive two inches of rain.
The time time frame for Nicole's impact is late Friday night into Saturday.
