This is a somber day in both Amherst and in New Hampshire.
Maura Murray - a UMass student was last seen alive on February 9th, 2004.
She left the campus to go to New Hampshire--and although her car was found- she was never seen again.
Police say a man drove by to say the Murray was shaken, and the airbags of her car were deployed.
But when police arrived, they found the car locked and she was gone.
The family is hoping for a new billboard- just outside of the city of Springfield will spark renewed interest in her case and a breakthrough.
