Springfield is about ready to welcome its newest bank on the scene. JP Morgan Chase will open in downtown Springfield on Tuesday.
Officials say a grand reopening ceremony will be set for March 15.
The newest location is at 1391 Main Street across the street from Tower Square and right next to the Boland statue.
This is not the only area that Chase is expanding into. They already have an Enfield presence on Hazard Avenue.
A Northampton branch is expected to open sometime in April.
And Chase is expected to open at least four additional branches in Worcester.
