A Holyoke police captain has been placed on administrative leave.
The department is investigating an event that allegedly involved Manuel Reyes.
Holyoke Mayor Joshua Garcia said this is a personnel matter, but no other details have been released.
He does say that the case will receive "rigorous and impartial scrutiny."
