A Vermont man will face manslaughter charges after allegedly being involved in a motor vehicle crash in Clarksburg, fleeing the scene with a baby and then tossing the child into a brook.
The baby died.
Now troopers say Darel Galorenzon will face a variety of charges Monday in court.
State Police say that Galorenzo was allegedly under the influence of alcohol at the time of the crash.
Clarksburg is in Berkshire County just outside of Pittsfield.
More details are expected at the arraignment on Monday.
