Boston earned its first victory at home in the Eastern Conference Finals after topping the Miami Heat 110-97 in Game Five.
Derrick White led all scorers with 24 points for the C's, who still trail three-games-to-two in the best-of-seven set.
Marcus Smart, Jayson Tatum and Jaylen Brown also recorded 20-plus points for Boston.
Duncan Robinson led the Heat in scoring with 18 points to go along with nine assists off the bench.
Bam Adebayo chipped in with 16 points and eight rebounds for Miami, which will try to advance to the NBA Finals for a third time when it hosts the Celtics in Game Six Saturday night at 8:30.
