Multi-state cannabis company Trulieve is closing all its properties in Massachusetts and will no longer operate in the commonwealth.
Trulieve reached a settlement with OSHA following the death of a worker from inhaling ground marijuana dust at its Holyoke factory last year.
In addition to that facility closing, Trulieve is also shuttering dispensaries in Northampton, Worcester, and Framingham.
Those facilities will close by the end of the month.
