CVS is agreeing to make improvements at its "MinuteClinics" nationwide.
The U.S. Attorney's Office in Rhode Island says a deaf person alleged the clinic failed to provide her with requested American Sign Language interpretation for her medical appointments.
The Justice Department investigation also revealed on at least a half-dozen occasions, patients who called a number on the MinuteClinic website did not get the help they were seeking to obtain interpreter services.
