A Westfield woman is pleading guilty to charges related to a hoax bomb threat against Boston Children's Hospital.
Catherine Leavy was accused of calling a bomb threat into the hospital, which had been facing threats because of services it was providing to gender diverse and transgender children.
An investigation determined that the hoax threat in August of last year was called in from a cell phone linked to Leavy, and came from a cell tower near her house.
She faces a maximum of 15 years in prison at sentencing in March of next year.
