MGM Springfield President and CEO Chris Kelley has announced he will be stepping down from his leadership role.
A spokesperson says Kelley plans to move west to spend more time with his family.
Kelley has served in the top spot since January 2020.
Louis Theros will succeed Kelly; a formal announcement is expected later in the week.
