The second winter storm of the season is expected to bring heavy rain and strong winds.
After several inches of snow was dumped on much of the region, forecasters predict more to start falling during the afternoon hours on Tuesday.
This will change over to rain, which will become heavy at times through the night. Winds will increase, with gusts as high as 45 miles per hour.
The winds and already saturated grounds could bring down trees and wires.
A Wind Advisory is in effect from 5 p.m., with a Flood Watch starting at 7 p.m. - both are set to expire at 1 p.m. Wednesday.
