A hearing is set for Friday in the case of an 11-year-old autistic boy who was allegedly assaulted by a school bus monitor.
In May, the mother of the child filed a 1-million dollar civil suit, which claims bus monitor Judy Cubin and driver William Kane physically assaulted or threatened the boy at least four times in 2023.
Video from the Van Pool reportedly shows at least some of the abuse.
Cubin and Kane were employed by Van Pool, which provides services to special needs children.
They have pleaded not guilty to charges in the case.
