A 68-year-old man has been arrested and accused of enticing a juvenile female into his vehicle and indecently assaulting her.
Police say Walter Fanion of Southbridge lured the girl into his car at Memorial Beach on April 15th, and assaulted her inappropriately.
Fanion was later identified as the suspect and was arrested on charges that include kidnapping and indecent assault and battery on a child.
Police Chief Michael Shaw says that the child was able to provide specific details about the inside of the suspect car which led to the arrest.
Fanion is being held on over 75-thousand-dollars bond.
