The Celtics took the lead in their East semifinal after crushing the Cavaliers 106-93 in Game Three at Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.
Jayson Tatum led the C's in scoring with 33 points.
He also collected a game-high 13 rebounds for a double-double and dished out six assists.
Jaylen Brown came within a rebound of recording a double-double after scoring 28 points.
Donovan Mitchell led the Cavs in scoring with 33 points, to go along with six rebounds, three assists and two steals.
Cleveland will be looking to even the series at two games apiece when it hosts Boston in Game Four Monday night.
