Massachusetts residents will be able to get in the mood for the upcoming Memorial Day holiday as summer temperatures enter the state.
The National Weather Service says the highs this week may be above normal for May.
Most areas in the state will have temps in the low 80s with Wednesday getting close to 90 degrees in more urban areas.
Seasonal temperatures will return just in time for picnics and celebrations.
