Closing arguments are today in the Karen Read murder trial in Dedham Superior Court.
Read is charged with second-degree murder, accused by prosecutors of killing her Boston cop boyfriend John O'Keefe by backing into him with her SUV in a 2022 snowstorm.
Read says she dropped O'Keefe off at the Canton home of another Boston cop where he was found dead the following morning.
The prosecution and defense will each have an hour to deliver closing arguments before the jury deliberations begin.
