An update on efforts to return two NASA astronauts who've been aboard the International Space Station far longer than expected will come today.
They were launched aboard Boeing's Starliner as the spacecraft's first-ever crewed mission in early June.
The plan was for them to return to Earth before the end of the month.
A number of technical glitches have prevented that from happening.
Veteran NASA astronauts and former Navy test pilots Barry "Butch" Wilmore and Sunita "Suni" Williams may stay at the International Space Station until late this summer.
Williams, who was born in Ohio, but considers Needham her hometown says she is unconcerned and when it is time to leave the International Space Station, things will go smoothly.
Williams is most noted for being the woman with the most spacewalks.
She has done seven.
