The American League rallied to beat the National League 5-3 to win the 2024 MLB All-Star Game at Globe Life Field.
Red Sox outfielder Jarren Duran broke a tie in the bottom of the fifth with a two-run homer to give the AL the lead.
Athletics right-hander Mason Miller was credited with the victory and Guardians closer Emmanuel Clase earned the save after each pitched a scoreless inning of relief.
Boston is third in the AL East at 53-and-42 and will return from the break when it visits the Los Angeles Dodgers Friday night.
