A 26-year-old Agawam resident is now in custody in connection with a murder in Springfield just over a year ago.
Police said Jared Dewberry was arrested at his home Tuesday morning.
Twenty-five-year-old Gary White was shot on East Columbus Avenue, August 10th, 2023.
In addition to murder, Dewberry faces several other charges.
Dewberry is being held without the right to bail.
