Baystate Health facilities are bringing back a mask mandate.
Face masks are required at all Baystate hospitals and the D'Amour Center for Cancer Care due to a recent increase in COVID cases.
The health system said there is a steady trend of increasing cases based on community testing and wastewater surveillance data.
Baystate did not say when the mask requirement would end.
