State Police have made an arrest in a sexual assault case in Tolland.
Police say Luis Elicier of Springfield, Massachusetts is charged with first degree sexual assault and unlawful restraint, with his bail set at 500-thousand-dollars.
Police say the incident happened in a hot tub.
Elicier is charged in connection with an alleged incident that happened this past Friday involving a 29-year-old Bristol woman, and he was arrested yesterday morning in Enfield.
He will be arraigned in Rockville Superior Court today.
