The game of basketball will see 13 individuals forever set in stone among the greatest this weekend in Springfield.
The Class of 2024 is officially being enshrined at the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame on Sunday. Vince Carter is headlining this year's class alongside Chauncey Billups, Michael Cooper and Walter Davis.
Carter won the 1999 Rookie of the Year and played in over 15-hundred games.
Billups ranks 24th all-time in three pointers made and won the 2004 NBA Finals as a member of the Detroit Pistons.
Cooper was an eight-time pick for All-Defensive teams and was named Defensive Player of the Year in 1986-87.
Davis won Rookie of the Year in 1977-78 and was a six-time All-Star.
