Part of State Street near the Hampden County Courthouse is closed off to thru traffic because of a water main break.
Repairs are going on now but it is unclear how long the road will be restricted.
Officials say they were called to the scene about 2AM for the first reports.
It is unclear what specifically caused the break or how long it will take to repair.
The water main break has caused issues at the Court House itself.
There is currently no running water.
