Massachusetts Senator Ed Markey says President-elect Donald Trump is creating a "Cartel Cabinet."
He made the claim on social media Friday in response to Trump's pick for Secretary of the Interior.
He noted North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum's longtime ties to the oil industry.
In a message on X, Markey said big oil cannot be allowed to make profit off public lands.
