Train Derailment In Wendell

There are no reports of injuries after a train derailment in Franklin County.

Officials say over a dozen rail cars went off the tracks in Wendell yesterday afternoon.

First responders noted the cars were transporting dry goods, so there was no threat to the public.

The cause of the derailment is not know at this time.
