Connor McDavid lifted Canada to a 3-2 overtime win over Team USA in the championship game of the 4 Nations Face-Off at TD Garden in Boston.
McDavid netted the game-winner just over eight minutes into the OT period to help Canada avenge its loss to the United States last weekend.
Sam Bennett and Nathan MacKinnon also lit the lamp while Jordan Binnington finished with 31 saves in net.
The Canadians are now champions of the inaugural international tournament.
Jake Sanderson and Brady Tkachuk scored for the United States in the losing effort.
The U.S. still has not won a best-on-best international tournament since the 1996 World Cup of Hockey.
